Where Mixology Meets Margin

A toast with a glass of champagne, a block of ice, a snowball, and a red chili pepper on a white surface with a dark red curtain in the background.

My own bartending journey began on ground and grew into consulting by solving the kinds of challenges that hospitality businesses face every day: stagnant revenue, costly inefficiencies, low online ratings and an unclear brand identity.

As time went on, I developed a guiding passion for assisting businesses in reaching their full potential and began to grow my contacts in the industry. Now a decade later, I have accumulated bar consultancy experience across Europe, Asia and the Pacific.

At this point, it was time to commence a new project - Elixir - with the aim of sharing my wealth of knowledge across the sector. An ‘elixir’ is not only a liquid, but one with the power to cure, improve or preserve something. Thus, it felt only fitting that the name should be born.

The Elixir Solution

Why work with me?

  • Global Perspective – I’ve worked in diverse markets with varying expectations, cultural nuances and business models. This has granted me the ability to build strategies that work locally, but think globally.

  • Hands-on Experience – I’ve undertaken the work myself. I understand what it takes to deliver excellence on the floor, behind the bar and in the back office.

  • Strategy & Style – I coach clients to create interiors that are equal in aesthetics, sustainability and financial viability.

What is my approach?

Every bar should be viewed from an individual perspective. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, instead applying a tailored approach to every project; whether you’re launching a new concept, reimagining an existing space or simply seeking to improve your systematic flow.

I combine creative input with profit-orientated logistics to deliver services that include:

  • Concept development and pre-launch assistance

  • Drink & bar food menu design

  • Guest experience and service journey research

  • Staff training

  • Branding, marketing, and positioning

  • Operational efficiency and financial analysis
